Are there any "getting shot at penalty" mechanism in BF1?

Aside from the suppression, are there any penalties to the victim getting shot at other than losing health?
We all know you flinch while ADS when you get shot. I was wondering if there's something more to it, such as:
1. Which gun inflicts "flinching" more?
2. Maybe some other penalties other than flinching, such as spread getting larger or your movement speed hinders for a time.
