Unit conversion formula.

Convert rounds per second to rounds per minute.

Set up a fraction with the known rounds per second and multiply by 60 to cancel out the seconds.

For example, the stock Assault blaster appears to fire 25 rounds in 5s, so divide 25 by 5 and multiply by 60 (25/5 * 60).

The result is 300RPM, which seems to be right on the money. If you have the time you could calculate TTK through using Fabulous' data.

TTK formula is (60/RoF)*(BTK-1)

Obviously this will change given the various HP amounts from class to class so it won't be as simple as BF TTK.
To Aim Assist or not to Aim Assist, that is the question.
