Hell, I think socialism is the least useful thing for the US
Hell, I think socialism is the least useful thing for the US
I wasnt following the campaigns in detail, therefore I have no idea, which "Socialism" Projects you are specifically talking about.
Any politic should ensure Freedom and Fairness for the population.
If any "Social"-Project doesnt help this purpose, then its a waste of money.
Money Transfer from wealthy to poor doesnt work, because the "inFairness" within the society is still kept.
A job sb can live from and Job prospects do help a lot more. (Indirectly confirming your statement on minimum wage)

I'm not actually talking about a minimum wage, I actually mean that, regardless of income or employment, you get a certain salary, which ends up being equivalent to minimum wage.
Ends up being cheaper than the current bloated welfare system.
Regarding your proposition: Wheres the difference to unemployment benefits then?

The difference is that there's no expensive bureaucracy involved. Employees cost money. So, you can remove all of that needless cost by simply giving money to everyone regardless.
Taxes? There you have it: Bureaucracy again.
If you intend the absence of the government as a middleman, then its even more naive, because who else you have in mind?

Under withering criticism from Republicans, Mr. Comey stood his ground on his recommendation against criminal prosecution for Mrs. Clinton and her aides. But he said Mrs. Clinton, the likely Democratic nominee for president, had been Ânegligent in her handling of classified material, and he said that her lawyers probably deleted classified material as they destroyed thousands of her emails.
Mr. Comey  who maintained his composure except for one flash of anger when Republicans questioned his integrity  repeatedly acknowledged that the public statements by the former secretary of state, including some she delivered during a sworn appearance before Congress last year, were contradicted by the facts uncovered during the F.B.I. investigation.
Are you fucking kidding me? "We weren't told to fully investigate the case, so we only did the bare minimum." He openly admits that she lied under oath during a Congressional Hearing in 2015, yet that wasn't enough to merit some investigation into what she lied about?

Mr. Comey said F.B.I. investigators did not examine whether Mrs. Clinton had lied to Congress about her use of emails because the agency did not get a Âreferral from the legislative branch to investigate her statements under oath. Representative Jason Chaffetz, the Republican chairman of the committee, promised that would soon change.
