I'm glad to announce that Frankelstner has finished his script and we have gotten our hands on the warfighter data. The files are wide open, just like with BF3.
We'll make the charts as soon as possible and when we get those out, we'll also publish the data files for everyone to see.
Here's a quick sneak peak at the weapons:
Snipers have 2.0 head multiplier and the rest of "normal" weapons have 1.3
All weapons have 1.0 multiplier to body and arms
Snipers have 0.5 multiplier to legs, all other "normal" weapons 0.8. For explosions and melee the multiplier is 1.0.
Then the weapon stats
Syntax:
MaxDMG@Falloff start distance -
MinDMG@Falloff end distance
Weapon does max damage when the target is closer than the falloff start distance. Damage starts to fall linearly from falloff start distance to end distance. From end distance damage stays at the minimum until projectile disappears (usually projectile's time to live is 1 second). Distances are in meters.
