Ok, I am less of a Racing Sim guy, once in a while I played Gran Turismo 5 and for a single course its fun but I am a lot more keen to sink my time into an arcady racing game.

Rememberance Day for us today, as the 99th anniversary of The Armistice, so I spent the afternoon at our city's only cemetery. Despite living just a few blocks away, I did not know that our cemetery includes a plot that is maintained by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. So it was there that I lingered the longest.

can someone answera simple but hard, and thus probably pointless question for me?

why does the usa still have data caps on cable internet?
no seriously, i live in italy and the only services that have that are mobile and satellite internet, last time i've seen cable connection with a data cap was... 2004 i think? i mean,i thought the usa was way ahead of italy for advancement in internet-based techology(considering we're pretty much at the bottom of the list for europe...)so it kinda surprises me there's data caps in the usa, especially with that whole thing about net neutrality.

mineral question: i received(by pure coincidence, the one who bought em thought they were completely different stones) a piece of kyanite and one of... well i couldn't find the englishname, so let's just say black kyanite, now i don't know if there's many heck, any minerial enthusiast at all on symthic, but if there is, coul s/he tell me if there's any difference in terms of hardness or cleavege between the two thanks to the slighly differente structure of the black variant? unfortunately i only find some dumb stuff about cristal therapy and all that crap, but i'm only interested in the hard cold facts of which one would be less risky to use as a necklace if done properly by someone who know how o do this stuff.
