Teamwork is where players function by themselves, but their effectiveness is multiplied when they work together. Not a checklist of "did we bring a healer so we can start playing?"

FX 6300 better than FX 8320?
lelwut.
Is this just a special case for BF3 or is it generally like this?
6 threaded CPU beating an 8 threaded CPU at the same clock speeds.

Looks like the lower price on AMD doesn't justify the performance.

+-1 fps should lie well within measurement uncertainty. After all this is a MP test und not as repeatable as SP. But it should be obvious that AMD sucks for BF3.

Asus VG248QE or BenQ XL2411T? Or does the BenQ XL2420T trump them both?

I've read some reviews and it seems like it comes down to less trailing and ghosting (Asus) vs. better colour quality (BenQ).

And reading Youtube comments still gives me Turbo Cancer.

It really is quite frustrating when Helen Keller sets up her LMG in the only doorway in/out of an area.

What kind of question is that? Since when is cheese ever a bad idea?

Hardline is a fun and sometimes silly Cops and Robbers sorta thing and I think that's great. Or it would be if it didn't suck.

Because
Bf3 multiplayer benchmarks = not trustworthy as no two play through's see the same results, lots of benchmarks throw out weird results, some benchmarkers claim the 8150 > the 2500k for example. Different sections of maps, different players in positions and different patches favour different CPU's.

AMD FX-8350 vs Intel i5 3570k Average Gaming Performance: Battlefield 3 - YouTube = Arseholes but relevant.

]True, my point is that most people wont find much benefit from having 8 cores over 4, and will see more benefit from having better single-thread performance
For most people the Intel will perform slightly better in games overall, however the new consoles do have x86 8 core CPU's so I don't see why the majority of new multiplatform games won't be 8 core on PC too. In Hunturk's case the cheaper CPU allows him to spend more money elsewhere and he plans on rendering a lot of stuff.
