Till very recently, chrome was being much better than firefox because pre-15.0.x versions of firefox sucked, stability and memory usage wise. However, v15.0.1 changed all of that. Firefox is back on top for memory usage, stability, and, still, has the best apps.

And i don't like chrome's overly polished UI.
Really? I guess I could try Firefox again then. Although I like Chrome's minimalistic UI, I only have one monitor and even that is only 1080p so I need all the screen space I can have... :(

Really? I must not be using 15.x then.

No, I am indeed not. Says 16.0.1 right here.

It is very stable though.

I'd recommend you give it another try, Santewi. The difference from v15 up was very noticeable.

Firefox is generally just lovely. I use a Linux PC as well as my gaming machine so I naturally gravitate towards it. I've been using it pretty much since release, I don't need no Chrome silliness. :3
Forum Rules

Hey guys, lets all remember here that this is Symthic, and we are all mature enough to debate a topic without becoming emotional or insulting. Ad Hominim attacks only demonstrate that your position is weak and that you've run out of supporting evidence and serve to undermine your own position. I hope no one here drops to that level.

Chrome incognito should be renamed pr0nz mode because what else are you gonna use it for? Looking up MLP?

#3 RHIB pilot on PS3. I'm kinda a big deal.

It's all fun and games until someone posts child porn.
Never forget. IE on 360 10/23/2012

Jenkins is now my hero.

I just thought I would make a joke

Incest is intriguing, due to the taboos placed upon it in our society. It can be a beautiful thing, and it should be explored more.

I think I'll go be gay.

I'm pretty sure at least around here that using incognito mode on a public computer say at a library isn't aloud because they want to make sure people aren't looking up bad stuff. Yes, this does get into a privacy argument; but it's their computers so I guess they make the rules.

They don't want you to do illegal stuff and then be the only one around who can be held responsible.

But that's not exactly a thing a browser dev worries about. The dev just thinks "this'd be a cool feature"
