My God I'm happy right now!!! After almost 6 years, one first bands I ever listened to and the creator of the first second album I ever owned has returned and is releasing a new album in June!

Here's the single, Failure!

Slightly different to their previous albums, I expected that much with what appears to be (and honestly, what I fully expected to be) a completely new line up, but it still carries the distinctive traits of their previous work! Plus you can quite easily see the reference to their hiatus in the lyrics, which is nice :)
You also have no idea how awesome it is listening to this, I haven't properly listened to Breaking Benjamin in a long while and my taste has changed quite dramatically from when Dear Agony (their previous album) first came out, but I really like this song and I can see one or two commonalities to what I listen to now.
Oh God I am so buying this when it comes out!!! Hehehehehe, I'm fucking ecstatic now!!!!! Congrats to my sister for noticing this and charging upstairs to tell me about it!

Song currently stuck in my head is: Somewhere Beyond Seas by Varathron!

Breaking Benjamin ended at Phobia for me. Dear Agony was a supreme letdown, and this Failure single isn't doing much for me, i'm honest.

Fair enough I suppose.
I do see where you're coming from, I wouldn't of gone that far and I did like Dear Agony quite a bit, but Unknown Soldier is still one of my favourite songs of all time :)

BB is my first hard rock band, and the first band with screams I ever heard. I heard their new single and nearly died.

THEY'RE BACK, AND THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THEIR SOUND 100% OMFG I AM SO GODDAMN EXCITED

I'd try Tool, but I guess their name is a bit off putting for me. I'll give it a shot later.

But come on guys, the best BB song is totally Dear Agony... Or Polyamorus... Or Diary of Jane... Or... Shit MOST OF THEIR STUFF IS AMAZING

Breaking Benjamin. Its been a while. It feels nice to know that they're still going at it, and Failure sounds quite alright, and fitting for a comeback IMO.
Similar to Pastafarianism, the song that really made me love them is Diary of Jane. I really remember the times when I used to play that song as well as So Cold almost the entire day. ITS JUST THAT GOOD

I'm only proud of my BF3 stats. I've barely played BF4.

Check out Tool if you haven't.

I like Breaking Benjamin as much as the next guy, but implying that they're even similar to Tool is kind of insulting.

Tool are stratospheres above.
