ACE 21 CQB muzzle velocity

It appears data is being read from the wrong firing function. The firing function relevant to multiplayer has received the buff to 440 m/s.

TLDR -
Teamwork is where players function by themselves, but their effectiveness is multiplied when they work together. Not a checklist of "did we bring a healer so we can start playing?"

Fixed to table (needs pushing) and to parser.

Apparently it didn't use any of the "characteristics" my script uses to select the MP firingfunction. I could have made it to check for highest initialvel but that caused some problems too...
