BF4: info about Grenade damage/radius/distance...?

Is there a section on Symthic where we can see info about the various Grenade damage, radius, toss distance, resupply speed...?
BF4 has quite a few grenades (both damaging and non-damaging like flash/flare/smoke) and it would be awesome to read all the precise info.

Can the symthic wizards please make it happen? :)

At the moment we don't have that info anywhere on site, altho they are pretty common part of game. However there is only three explosive grenades that could be easily compared which is why we never did section for those (we kind of got busy with studies and whatnot). Maybe for BF1 we will include grenades depending on how many different ones there will be.

Meanwhile you could try checking numbers yourself from the BF4 databrowser. Just find the grenade you want, open up the "projectile" file and you should be able to find only one explosion damage, radius etc numbers.
Links to users' thread list who have made analytical/statistical/mathematical/cool posts on Symthic:
  • 3VerstsNorth - Analysis of game mechanics in BF4 (tickrates, effects of tickrate, etc)
  • leptis - Analysis of shotguns, recoil, recoil control and air drag.
  • Veritable - Scoring of BF4/BF1 firearms in terms of usability, firing and other mechanics.
  • Miffyli - Random statistical analysis of BF4 battlereports/players and kill-distances. (list is cluttered with other threads).
Sorry if your name wasn't on the list, I honestly can't recall all names : ( . Nudge me if you want to be included
