How to set the Coefficient for Uniform Soldier Aiming

I play at 2560 x 1440

with default vertical FOV of 74 (which is current vanilla FOV 90) (slider at half)

Should I set the coefficient to default 1.333

or

set it to 1.777 for 16/9 monitor

I've tried to learn it from this thread:
CTE Uniform Soldier Aiming Info

but I am still not sure

used to be #3 in the World in RAWR Kills:)

I talked with Dark_Ethereal, the guy responsible for designing this, and he will likely recommend keeping it at 1.333 simply because he knows it works, and that's what they designed around (because 4:3 is the squarest common ratio), but I played for a while at 1.33 / 133%, which felt way better than default of course, but then I switched to 1.77 / 177% and it was by far better, more noticeable the higher the zoom.

My personal experience and testing is that setting it for your aspect ratio is the way to go, as would make sense; they just don't feel they've done enough testing to be confident in recommending doing so.

Yeah I've struggled with it too. i've got a 16:10 screen with a similar FOV and 133% seems to make it REALLY fast compared to before. I've got it at 95% now, I think pushing it down slows your ADS speed compared to your hip speed? I probly don't really understand how its supposed to work either.

I was playing with 133% and then changed it to 177% because of BleedingUranium. It does seem better, so I kept it. Actually I have 178%, because you can't set 177,(7)%

Oh that's a good point, it should indeed round up.
