M16A4 or AK12 in burst mode for hardcore? Efectivness of stubby in burst mode?

I play exclusively hardcore.
Mostly with DMR.

But since some stupid idiots invented sniper limit function... and sniper limit affect DMR (this should be forbidden...) why nor AR limit of MG limit...

If there is a DMR limit sometimes I have to use use burst weapon, so what is statistically better?

M16A4 HB ACOG Canted

or

AK12 HB Acog Canted

I normally use vertical grip, but I consider stubby

How much stubby affect burst mode effectiveness?
How much does it change the distance of 100% probability of 3burst body hits or 2 first of 3burst body hits with perfect V recoil compensation and those 2 guns?

Stubby/Potato doesn't make a lot of sense on a burst fire weapon. I'd say run with the M16A4 since it bacame really good after the patch. Heavy Barrel + Folding/Angled grip is where it's at.

AK12 is better than M16A4. Less horizontal, less vertical ( .644 for M16A4 + FSM, .63 for AK12 + FSM). AK12 has lower spread increase per shot as well. The only drawback would be the reload speed and velocity, but thats not super important, epecially in HC.

TTK is pretty damn close too, for having 50 less RPM

Here's a multi-comparison of the rifles in question. The M16A4 and AK-12 without attachments represent the control.

BF4: M16A4 vs M16A4 vs AK-12 vs AK-12 | BF4 Multi-Weapon Comparison | Symthic

The Stubtato™(TWC) reduces the spread increase per shot value with a modifier of 0.85 and max spread value (0.66 modifier) of the weapon it is applied to. It doesn't matter if it is a burst fire weapon or not; a consecutive shot is a consecutive shot regardless of firing mode.

Since Stubtato™(TWC) reduces spread increase, it makes weapons more accurate in sustained fire especially burst fire rifles as they consistently shoot 2-3 rounds with every trigger pull.
To Aim Assist or not to Aim Assist, that is the question.

Nope. Aim Assist or bust; here's why:

Prepare your laughbox

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho

Thank You!!!

I know that ergo is better for moving accuracy,
but I use mostly burst weapons like a DMR.

So:

60HP Hardcore

M16A4 HB stubby vs M16A4 HB Vertical perfect vertical recoil commpensation standing still or moving.
AK12 HB stubby vs AK12 HB Vertical perfect vertical recoil commpensation standing still or moving.

Question is simple does stubby give any advantage (higher 3 body hit or 2 body hit range) in 3 burst mode or Horizontal recoil which cannot be compensated is determining burst mode accuracy and stubby have no sense at all.

in those scenarios I engage at 50 - 200 m range I wait between bursts for spread to return to 0.

AK12 HB vs M16A4 HB perfect V recoil compensation (750rpm less recoil vs 800 more recoil) what is statistically better at ranges > 50m

If you want a long range setup for the M16 on Hardcore, go M145. The ACOG is tits unless you have canted for close range, M145 works for both.

Unfortunately, though, the Stubtato™', with its small bonus in accuracy, is, very rarely, better than the other 2 options.

Since Stubtato™(TWC) reduces spread increase, it makes weapons more accurate in sustained fire especially burst fire rifles as they consistently shoot 2-3 rounds with every trigger pull.

I know it, but my question is: Are stubby bonus in 3 burst mode is having enough impact to accuracy equation or horizontal recoil which cannot be compensated completely dominates accuracy of 3 burst mode?
