What's going on with my aim?

I've been playing battlefield a lot recently after coming back from about a few month's break. I never play with aim assist, but whenever I come across an enemy that's moving I have trouble keeping my crosshairs on him when he's running from me. Instead of smoothly following him with it, I'm jolting in the direction he's running and wasting tons of bullets as I do so just for him to get away with just 2 or 3 hit markers.

Also, even when an enemy is simply standing still, it takes forever for me to center my aim on him. It either goes too far to the left , right or even above. I've already tried choosing tons of different sensitivity, but nothing feels right. Can anyone help? Or am I just out of luck for now?

Your muscle memory is, how shall I say, lacking, since you took a pretty substantial break from the game. I would suggest to lower your sensitivity (something in the neighborhood of 20) to re-establish your muscle memory. Team Deathmatch would be optimal as it typically requires quick, reactionary movement and twitch aim. Through practice, you'll be able to return to your current sensitivity levels.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho

I've sat and came up with 3 theories about your PC, Rizn.
1) Its constructed by Satan and every so often it'll crash to a Red Screen that just says "Another must fall", which is your queue to go out, find a virgin, kill her and pour the blood over the beating-heart-like processor within
