12th January BF-Hardline Patch notes - Symthic style

Exact patch changes - Battlefield Hardline Patch 12th January 2016 Official Symthic Patch notes

Just want to mention here that RoF with animations between shots (bolt actions, pump actions etc) use values from BoltAction.
Delay time after a shot is BoltActionDelay+BoltActionTime+RoF_delay, so in this case 1887 has RoF of 56 RPM.
