7th bullet is where the Stubby's SIPS reduction has an advantage over the HBar's minspread reduction.
For the first 7th bullets, the HBar does better because your minSpread started off smaller.
For every bullet after the 7th, the Stubby does better because your SIPS increases much slower than normal.
To reach maxSpread on an Hbar ARM, you're going to need (1.2 - 0.15) / 0.05 = 21 shots.
To reach maxSpread on a Stubby ARM, you're going to need (0.75 - 0.3) / .025 = 18 shots.
