I'd like to find out, am wondering if you can explain the technical side of it... How does the laser sight modify the hipfire spread for weapons in Hardline? That is what is the formula and how to use it? (Yes I realize there are different for moving and standing still but I'd like to understand both if possible).
Please to explain slowly and use small words so I understand.
With only laser added (ie. no other attachments that modify same values) the minimal spread is 75% of original spread which you see as crosshair getting slightly smaller when you enable it. It also reduces the hip-fire spread increase from moving to 75% of original (65% for standing hip fire) so moving around doesn't increase your spread that much.
