Ah yes that's right.... Tried the R700 without the magnum round ingame now again and it it definatly not 1 round per second.

Magnum rounds are getting changed in the next big patch that's coming out. Alot of people have been complaining about the magnum rounds not having an effect on vehicles (which they are ment to have). In the next patch you can shoot helicopters out of the sky with 3-4 bullets, but the downside is that the damage you do to players will fall off pretty hard. Im talking about 4-5 shots for a kill, and that's if you hit them in the torso on every shot. It simply means that the rounds are gonna be most usefull for taking out vehicles, which im cool with.

Magnum Rounds are really lack luster for an attachment that costs 100k per rifle, especially for a 12.5 increase for OHK body shots when the 300 knockout has twice that range. I mean I want to use the R700 and AWM because they look good, but they're inferior to both the Sniper Elite or the 300 Knock your socks off in just about every way.

4-5 shots for taking down an enemy, you must have gotten this wrong somehow? If not, this is major retarded, the Boltactions are already weak as shit and not many players with them..
