They really want to capitalize on apparent one frame kills.

Can't but wonder what kind of balance tables they came up with for these number.

Lol, is the HCAR recoil for real? From what I've seen of gameplay it does have hefty recoil, but 1.5 degrees of Vrec?

HK51 isn't to shabby either at it's 1.25 degrees of Vrec.

It really is quite frustrating when Helen Keller sets up her LMG in the only doorway in/out of an area.

What kind of question is that? Since when is cheese ever a bad idea?

Hardline is a fun and sometimes silly Cops and Robbers sorta thing and I think that's great. Or it would be if it didn't suck.

Hey, you heard the players talking about BF4 recoil: it's too low!

But my theory is that they used RNG to attribute stats to guns.

I like the M416. ROF 850 with a total Hrec of 0.4.

Or the M16A4, 800 ROF with a Hrec of 0.2. Is it really the A4? I've seen the M16A3 on a beta build of bankjob.

Compare that to the G36 or the RO993, with a lower damage model, similar rate of fire but ridiculously high recoil in comparison.

Then you have a Mac10 as a sidearm which fares similar to some PDWs and three BAs with "interesting" damage models. I wonder if th 700 BLK is a battlepickup.

The jury btw is a a revolver shooting 12g rounds.

Edit: The stats look like Visceral took the word DICE too literally.

"410" probably stands for .410 bore: .410 bore - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia which is one of the smallest shotgun "gauge" in use.

So that damage model should be per pellet. As for how many pellets it fires per shot, who knows but expect around half as many as a 12 gauge shell.

Scout Elite: 85 RPM, 75 damage out to 45 meters, standing hipfire spread of 1 degree (better than most sidearms). Really?

I wonder how many of these stats are errors caused by the new file structure and how much is Visceral. They definitely went outside the box.

Looks like The World Champion is going to have build a Wheel of Battle Rifles() to pick one.
You have just read a Post by The World Champion and now feel smarter for doing so.

w00t! I found the missing spread and recoil values. They were in the BF4 part of the folder structure. Yes, the folder structure is basically BF4 data with a folder called havana. That folder is hardline. lol
