Battlepack items should have cosmetic differences only. The system works fairly well apart from a few small exceptions (SR scopes and FLIR/IRNV sights). You are rewarded for persisting with a particular weapon with items which make you stand out. Adding any sort of benifit to battlepack only items would restrict any theoretical "ideal" setup to people with at least 200+ kills with any given weapon (I can't remember exactly how many kills it is for the first battlepack.)

I'd definately be for different suppressor sounds, though! The optic system is contraversial, but I kind of like being made to use a variety of optics. If they let you choose, all anyone would use would be their favorite. Variety is the spice of life, and all that?

Should Battlepack accessories get a buff? No, God no. Battlepacks already have the potential to let you unlock fairly far-down-the-unlocks-list attachments almost immediately so I don't think there's any reason to buff them on top of that.

Should suppressors have different sounds? I'm ok with this, could be cool. The question is, however, do different suppressors make different sounds?

I hate how the angled grip is always cream coloured, it never matches with any of the guns I want to use it on. Folding grip master race :D

This would only work with the grips and different laser sights if it were implemented. However I don't see a need for improvements on the battlepack exclusive stuff, it's all for the aesthetics which I'm fine with. I personally like all the standard grips more than the battlepack ones. The only battlepack exclusive items I use are the laser/light combo on my pistols because it looks cool and the tri-beam laser on my shorty because it's special. The other reason for grinding battlepacks is for the optics preferences (coyote sight & 8x on all my guns) which I find rewarding enough.

Gravity is a property of the bullet, not the weapon, so a suppressor can't modify it unless you're going to change ammo types as well and create new versions of every bullet in the game with this modified gravity.

The only thing suppressors change about "drop" is muzzle velocity, which is weapon specific and easier to modify. (Though even muzzle velocity changes are rather complicated compared to how most attachment effects are applied. Most attachments are a simple multiplier that's applied the same way to everything. The suppressor's velocity changes are weapon specific, and require a line setting it in each weapon's file for each suppressor, which is how we end up with inconsistencies like the SAR-21 having a 380m/s muzzle velocity with one suppressor, but 340m/s with the others.)

I was unaware of this. Is there a general trend of one suppressor being faster than others or is it just a bug on a few weapons?

Typically all four suppressors share the same velocity for a given weapon. The SAR21 is the only exception I can think of at the moment.

Okay, I thought that the muzzle velocity and bullet drop were differentiated, hence why they were both listed in game. However, if they are tied together, then forget that. As for the lasers, maybe do that, but I still just go for the green laser sight for the cosmetic appeal and slightly because I find it easier to use.

If all bullets were affected at the same rate by gravity, then it they'd be completely correlated, but gravity's effect is different on the projectiles of some weapons. So you could definitely have a high-velocity, high drop suppressor and a low velocity, low drop suppressor.

"you obviously don't know what an argument is as there is only one person battling. Do you really fucking think I want subs? You think you can act all big and powerful just because you sit on a computer at least 6 hours a day like the probably nerdy unwanted retard you are with 4.3k subs? You think 4.3k subs is a lot? LOL you need medicine man. I don't want any subs as i just have a google account for other media and writing comments. Think twice before you act. You even said in your video you aren't that great of a player, and the comments agree you aren't. Maybe you should once again think twice before you act, stop being such an annoying, ignorant bastard that everyone wants to shut up, and god, literally, just shut up. Your voice gave me a headache :s"

"As a youtuber shouldn't be trying to be reeling in your viewers with exciting stuff being said not your boring ass commentary for your video"

"The more you watch his vid the dumber he gets I swear he's borderline autistic look I got shot behind cover beacuase thin sheets metal are unpenetrable. Bf4 is just as quiet and tactical as bf3 random explosion in the background . Player has dissconected from chat
You started playing bf3 and never touched bfc1/2. Please do yourself a favor and shutdown your generic cod channel down"

"Nice clickb8 Faggot w8ting for your shit tier video to disable comments . Fucking newfag cancer go play some cod you activisiom cock faggot"

"I don't see why he [MarbleDuck] always tries to shit on levelcap he is better and has a million more subs...and also "there isnt a best gun in she game there are guns that are better that others at different engagement distances" yes thats true and whichever is the best/most average at all of them is the "best gun""

"Marbleduck you don't know shit lol levelcap knows more than you do you cant talk about how someone puts up garbage when you do yourself your a newcomer to YouTube acting like you know shit step up in the food chain first then you have the right to talk otherwise your just a fish trying to compete with sharks"

"Why don't we just witness "LevelCap vs MarbleDuck" One on One both on Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4 seen as there is so much Controversy about the Two Youtubers"

"stfu cunt, BF3 was way better end of discussion"

"Stfu man, you're be littleing the most looked upon Battlefield Youtuber. No one cares about you, how much of an ego you have, or quite frankly your opinion. It's a fucking game.... Does it really fucking matter? Pathetic man."

"fuck you asshole, dont talk shit about total"

"Wtf is your problem? You have no subs and he has millions, yet you pick on him like some kind of stubborn, ignorant, rude child born with a silver spoon is his mouth. It's easy to do that, for example... You said there was no background noise yet there is. You say you're a fairly good player, you're not."

They are both differentiated and dependent, weapons list both because they do change but it's a weapon to weapon case where bullet drop (gravity) is modified. No attachments change bullet drop (gravity), just velocity.
For example, all the assault rifles have a bullet drop (gravity) of 15m/s/s, but most sniper rifles have a bullet drop (gravity) of 9.81m/s/s. Within weapons of the same gravity, the lower the velocity the more dramatic the bullet drop trajectory is.

Also, in regards to the italicized text in your quote, HYPOCRITE! :P
In response, thank you. Also, yes I am a hypocrite in that ONE scenario. I accepted that cosmetic appeal should not mean much, but for some reason I give it an exception, and more importantly.... it's my good luck attachment. There! I said it! I'm superstitious when it comes to certain games, yet I do not deny that it is not always the wisest choice of an attachment. Thank you for dealing with my nonsense, lol.
