F2000 Sight vs Coyote Visual Recoil - YouTube

the F2000 sight indeed has less visual scope sway than a red dot, though the difference is relatively small.

it also has the same sensitivity multiplier as a red dot, so going between it and the RDS requires no adjustment.

Here is a picture of the 1.6x sight for the F2000 in comparison to the RDS and the Magnefier for anyone that is interested.
The layer with orange sand color is RDS, pink is F2k's 1.6x and purple is RDS with magnefier.
I am using 90 FOV with ADS FOV scaling set to OFF
