Theoretical RPM is irrelevant when you have to click 4.444 times per second; humanly impossible, thus the actual effective firerate for most situations is achievable is 720 RPM, only slightly higher than 700 RPM.

Now, with that out of the way, let's talk about the attachments!

Even with the Angled Foregrip, the M4 already hipfires better and more reliably than the RFB, and with the Heavy Barrel ADS - Moving Spread buff it's still not bad when on the move. Ergo + Heavy Barrel, though, is even better, and only brings the First Shot (well, 3rd Shot in this case) Vertical Recoil to 1.05, which is almost the same as almost all the DMRs out of the box / with Ergo Grip anyways, so I should be perfectly fine with it.

Resulting from extensive usage of the gun, angled is now a must-have. 0.7 degrees of vertical recoil every burst after the first one is shit. With DMRs it's not much of a problem, due to being able to actually pace your shots without it being a death sentence, but with the M4, which is meant to be in the midst of things, it is. That's not even adding suppression in the equation, which elevates your overall vertical recoil by 100%.

Don't even use the HB, it's not worth it, factoring in ease-of-use. Stick with comp or flash hider if you feel like it, suppressor is good as well.

1200 RPM 2 round burst is 10 clicks per second, obviously achievable.

800 RPM 3 round burst is 4.444 clicks per second. I'd like to see you time your clicks halfway like that.

The magic number isn't clicks per second: it's clicks per minute.

60 clicks/second*4.4(repeating) = 266.67 clicks per minute, which isn't too bad. Use this online metronome to hear what that's like (set it to 266bpm: it's about as close as you can get without oversampling, and this thing doesn't take manual inputs), then simply try and click in time with the beat. You might have to practice a bit, though, even though it's a snap for me (7 years of playing saxophone in school FTW )

Also, just hopping on the test range right now it was rather easy to achieve nearly 800 RPM and multiple times I had near perfect runs. Luck? I think not!

And the way you're voicing your argument is entirely preposterous. Of course it's impossible to have half a click which is why you change units to get a nicer number.

Eh you can use whatever kinda units that you want to use, as long as you're comfortable with conversions. I'm just using clicks/minute because it's essentially beats/minute, which is a metric that I'm all too familiar with because music. Besides, I tend to learn better when it comes to audio. I have a knack for being able to copy any beat or melody when given enough time to dissect it in my head, so converting it to CPM and listening to it on a metronome made it easier for me (OFT: this also pissed off my bandmates, because I'd end up emulating their parts instead of playing what was in front of me ).

Easy, don't click 4.4 times per second. Click about 22, 23 times every 5 seconds.

If your gunfights are really taking over 5 seconds, there's something seriously wrong with what you're doing. I use RPM per second because the time duration in most gunfights takes around a second, thus making you obligated to click 4.444 times per second. You can full auto spam like this:

Like I said before, just click, click- 10 times per second! One click is a click, you can't pull of half a click. People can pull off 1200 RPM on the AN.
