Definitely don't like the new feature how you can't heal via med bag after taking even a single unit of suppression. I mean, wasn't the point of it (versus the med pack's ability to heal someone on the move and stopping at either full or from taking damage) to be able to heal while in combat? They couldn't make it so that it heals at a slower rate while suppressed (maybe a semi-parabolic curve where more suppression = less healing) and doesn't heal when fully suppressed?

Don't get me wrong, I get why they did it and I know this would take time, but waiting ~15 seconds or so to all of the suppression to go away so you can get your healz on not only feels like an eternity, but is total bullshit when you're doing a lot of hit-and-run fighting.

Also looks like the (hopefully) fixed the infamous Metro under-the-map glitch. Haven't played a lot of Metro, but halle-fucking-lujah. How long did it take them to fix that? FOUR YEARS (if you include the fact that it was in the BF3 version as well)?! That must be a goddamned record for the longest-running glitch.

It's primarily a fix for accidentally killing yourself when exiting a vehicle (which really was an issue).

Things people said

And reading Youtube comments still gives me Turbo Cancer.

It really is quite frustrating when Helen Keller sets up her LMG in the only doorway in/out of an area.

What kind of question is that? Since when is cheese ever a bad idea?

Hardline is a fun and sometimes silly Cops and Robbers sorta thing and I think that's great. Or it would be if it didn't suck.

As a medbag whore I actually love the change to it. Before I could easily win gunfights thanks to it. Get hit, hit the guy, hide for a moment, go out again with full health, while the guy has less. Now I have to think more. I can wait for the medbag to heal me, but I may get naded before that happens, I can go out again with low health and risk loosing the gunfight or I can retreat, at least a bit and heal there or go out there and shoot the guy from different possession.

From the other side I haven't experienced this change yet, but I remember people hiding and hearing them screaming about a medpack, so I'm sure it's gonna work great the other way too.

Other than that, I don't mind new RDS and holo sights as much as I thought I would. They are supposed to be used in CQC and that change only helps on small distances. I would however use this to balance sights with each other and make them more unique: for example Coyote would have a bigger dot than Reflex or PKA-S a thiner one than HOLO, which still would have a thiner one than HD-33.

The patch also seems to break some stuff. It seems to have given Gold Battlepacks to everyone... which I don't mind. But then it broke Loadouts and I also had some problems synchronizing Battlelog Loadout with in-game after they desynchronized after the patch. Finished Assignments show up again. And finally, everyone I played with yesterday on every server complained about terrible lag and rubber-banding. I hope it's fixed by now.

Oh look and a twitter... Yeah follow us there too pls

If only people would talk back it wouldn't be so lonely.[In B4 I get overwhelmed]

"You are not entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your informed opinion. No one is entitled to be ignorant."- Harlan Ellison

Things that I support

intel best ethernet controllers

ammo regen pls

TL;DR: all vehicles in BF4 are screwed up in some way or another.

I know I shouldn't be surprised that something like that even exists but.... 8|

It's a brutal learning curve to get used to the medbag nerf though.

Is it worth using the first aid kit now?
