BoltActionTime is 1.0
BoldActionDelay is 5.0


So basically 5 seconds before you grab another arrow. Then 1 second to string it.

Since you're already on it, do you mind checking under gameplay/Kits/CHAssault and tell me which array it's under?

Looking over the files, BoltActionTime is 1.0 and BoltActionDelay is 0.5.

This translates to 40 RPM.

^^ You can use the bow on unranked servers with all unlocks, you need to two show at 100m range and use the yellow sight

Aftermath Patch 1.07 Details--Exact Patch Changes in Numbers


Got off testing with elementofprgress.

Bulletpoint aka Balanced Bolt appears to use an 80-44 damage model (could be 45). Pretty much no drop for the ranges this thing is viable for. With only ironsights, you can't see targets that'd be far enough to warrant this thing's use. You're probably better off using the normal bolt.

Explosive bolt does 19 splash on yourself at point blank (possible unarmed value) and 35 to a target (armed?). Appears to have a very steep damage dropoff. Trying to test end damage yielded 30, then 6, then 30 again. Appears to have a blast radius of close to 2-3m. Does not damage vehicles in the slightest. Has enough impulse to tilt a transport helicopter.

Fire rate is definitely higher than 10RPM. It was more like 1-2 seconds to string another arrow.

Using the old Mississippi method, it appears to fire an arrow once every 3 seconds. That's 20 RPM. You can waste your whole payload in 1 minute.

Carbine designation makes sense. It does not have the choice of optics to facilitate DMR distance engagements. This thing pretty much is confined to whether or not your ironsights render the enemy.

Like the Ballistic Shield, you cannot lay prone with the Phantom Bow. However, instead of just preventing you from laying down, you switch to your pistol.
