Actual Moving Spreads of All Weapons [Spreadsheet]

Since i often make mistakes when i'm trying to calculate the actual moving spread of x weapon, i decided to put together this handy spreadsheet that contains all the stated values and the calculated ones (with attachments too!).
I know it's nothing special but i thought it would have been handy to have all the calculated values in one place.

If you find any mistakes please notify me ad i will edit the source file.

Formulas used:
Acutal moving spread: Still ADS + (Stated mov. ADS - Still ADS) * vel. multiplier
HB moving spread: (Still ADS/2) + ((Stated mov. ADS ) - (Still ADS/2)) * vel. multiplier * HB multiplier
Ergo moving spread: Still ADS + (Stated mov. ADS - Still ADS) * vel. multiplier * ergo multiplier
HB + Ergo moving spread: (Still ADS/2) + ((Stated mov. ADS) - (Still ADS/2)) * vel. multiplier * ergo multiplier * HB multiplier

*Updated with Second Assault weapons.
*Fixed the two formulas containing the HB modifier.

... and what the?? AR with Ergo's ADS moving accuracy is better than carbine or PDW?

Oh and btw the formula used was the one confirmed for bf3 (still ADS + (Stated mov ADS - Still ADS) *velocity).


this is no longer correct. otherwise, you'll have weapons with better moving ADS spread than stationary (PDWs, for example), which isn't observed in game.

now moving spread is a penalty calculated based on the listed values. so ADS strafe spread is calculated as: base+(move-base)*speedmulti. attachments like the ergo grip modify the penalty. for a standard AR, it's 1-0.2 = 0.8. after speed multi it is 0.4, and after ergo it's 0.2. so with a standard AR, the ADS moving spread is 0.2+0.2 = 0.4.

@tehmoriz you actually listed the same formula that i posted and AFAIK BF3 utilized the same kind of calculation. If you actually looked at my spreadsheet instead of assuming you would see that the value you posted corresponds to the ones in the spreasheet.

For ARs: 0.2 + (1.0 - 0.2) * 0.5 = 0.6
ARs with ergo: 0.2 + (1.0 - 0.2) * 0.5 *0.5 = 0.4

So my calculations seem correct.

That's becuase PDWs have a high base spread compared to ARs.

Just one more question.
PDW have two ADS velocity such as 0.75 and 0.5
Could you tell me why there are two numbers on same gun?

@Queso Stake I added two values because, in the current state, PDWs, Bullpup guns and shotguns lose their bonus ADS speed (75%) when using certain optics; as a conseequence, the actual moving spread is affected.
At the moment however, while we know that the only sights that have a fast variant are the irons and the Red dot, we can't tell accurately because some "fast guns" use them ,while others do no. (for example, the mx4 uses the Fast version of the red dot, while the AUG A3 does not)
It was easier to just add both values for guns that could benefit form fast ADS speed.
