Just stumbled upon an old necro thread on the subject, but since it got shot down rapidly, thought I'll start a new one.
Here is my story: Started off with 1500 dpi and slowly went down to 600 dpi (default in-game), where I am now. Heard some people saying (mostly CS:GO players) that lower sens. gives advantages, and, well, tried it and Yes, I tend to agree with them. However, I am at this point where I feel reluctant to go lower, because even 600 seems too low for my taste in some situations. I hear some very good players, much better than I, go even lower, yet others, like Brekk1e, Relaaa and few more claim they have higher sensitivity than me/equal, and, obviously, it works for them like a charm. Brekk1e's accuracy is still 24% on things like AEK, even though he sports high sens. So, where is the truth, Symthic comrades? I do feel that current 600 is pretty good middle ground, I managed to drive VAL accuracy to 20%, almost, but I always strive to get better in some way and maybe I should be lowering further? Or, the opposite?
Anyway, thanks for reading, I'd like to hear your thought process/experiences on the subject, maybe some hidden things will come to light?
