Re: Symthic.com 32v32 match! (Prizes within!)

I would love to, but I don't really care which team I'm on. :) I live in California, and I'm very flexible on times.

I would like to see some attempt to get some balance in the various vehicles, so for example, one side doesn't have two super star jet pilots, also, I would like to see each team have one great AA driver, and one great Little Bird/Z11.

Not sure how to accomplish this best.

And while we're at it, I propose that once we have everyone together for one match, that we go best of three, back to back to back. I think we'll see VERY creative gameplay result as soon as every player on both teams are very versed in Conquest strategy.

My point is, that public games will likely be very different than when you get a 32 vs 32 of smart players together.

Symthic has better ping but I've played more with Soko -;>-

Soko's team looks red and evil, so let's go with that ->:P-

32vs32 might be hard to get together here though :> 16 vs 16 maybe ;>

If the numbers don't turn up then I'm sure we can figure something out. Perhaps a 21 vs 21 or 10 vs 10, so long as the teams are balanced. It seems there are a few people who are indifferent about teams, so it might turn out that we can balance it pretty easily I think.

I also request we keep it a bit casual - as we have players from literally different sides of the planet (I'm English, and at last 2 Aussies are signed up already) the pings and latency could be really weird and as a result there might be times where it affects gameplay a little.

Kharg 400 sounds great to me, it's one of the best maps and better than Caspian for 'Traditional Battlefield' style games.

There is no British team but I figure if I join team Soko I can fight for the Commonwealth!:) Aussies are convicts though so I'm happy to go Team Symthic if balance calls for it - really I'm easy. -:D-

EDIT: Might have missed it but who gets the prize? Is it MVP? I think it would be nice if we could have a vote - say if one player did something gamechanging... Just because I don't want it to become a battle for the MVP rather than a nice game, and really this game's point system is FUBAR. Example - a MAV can win games because it drastically improves the team's awareness, but it has very little point reward despite the operator playing a very critical role.

Also make it unranked with everything unlocked - keeps it fairer (I know it's balanced reasonably well but you see my point) and it also means that people won't need to worry about stats whilst playing it.

EDIT EDIT: You talk about Teamspeak - do we already have a server? If not I can probably negotiate to 'borrow' 64 slots on my mate's TS server free of charge. If I remember correctly it has 100 slots and rarely gets more than 20 of those used up so if it hasn't changed since I last looked it would do nicely.

Hey guys, lets all remember here that this is Symthic, and we are all mature enough to debate a topic without becoming emotional or insulting. Ad Hominim attacks only demonstrate that your position is weak and that you've run out of supporting evidence and serve to undermine your own position. I hope no one here drops to that level.
