Excelent post! Very clear, very usefull. I'm a console player and I don't compensate any recoil at all, simply because is hard for me. I have a question regarding horizontal recoil. You said:

I'm missing something here. Can you help me understand? Is this how you calculate drift?
LRecoil = 0.3
RRecoil = 0.5
AVG = (0.3 + 0.5) / 2 => 0.4
Then, you picked up the greatest horizontal recoil value (in this case 0.5) and do the math:
Drift = [MaxRecoil - AVG] => 0.5 - 0.4 = 0.1 to the right
So, using another random example:
LRecoil = 0.4
RRecoil = 0.1
AVG = (0.1 + 0.4) / 2 => 0.25
Drift = [MaxRecoil - AVG] => 0.4 - 0.25 = 0.15 to the left
Is this correct?
