So apparently below radar is still supposed to be effective against stingers

http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/for…654348218282129

As Crismo1 said "The below radar is something that the team is looking into, it's some kind of glitch. The flare was taken off as part of the patch. You can let us know what you think about the flare once the below radar is brought back to full effect. Thanks for the feedback everyone"

Does anyone have an idea where this is in the game files?

I have a question.

Every video I have seen has someone flying Hugh, then dropping to the nape of the earth to break the lock. It does not break and this is the issue. But if you are already low can you be locked?

Yes.

The Stigla's got DICE'd. There is always at least one thing that gets DICE'd each patch.

The T-90 is a challenge, the BTR-90 is going to kill everyone in a 100 meter radius and go flying off a hill into a helicopter only to drive off while the corpse of the Cobra it just went through is being dragged through the beach on Oman.
The game will include a fully automatic An-94 launcher, literally firing Abakans at 600 RPM.

If J3ST3R is dead, I think I just heard the entity that is grammar let out a sigh of relief...
To say nothing of the inordinate expense incurred by adding functionality to the gun that I may not ever use.
IKEA is the problem! Its all Desksdesksdesksdesksdesksdesksdesksdesks but oh, oh the second you say you want a table they chuckle and say "A table? You mean a kitchen table? How about a bedside table? Oh! Oh you must mean a dining room table!" and I'm like "NO! NO I JUST WANT A STANDARD, BLACK, BORING TABLE!" and they look at me then smile and go "You mean this? 170..." :(
Also, why does the RANDOM thread have a topic?

Why do fish have legs?

It locks you at any height within range

I does make sense. Low flying choppers have to face alot in armored kills vehicle laden environment - heck I shot down a chopper that wandered into a volley from my MLRS today. They should be rewarded if they can survive amongst all the threats.

I wonder if we will be waiting for the next DLC for a patch... To fix the patch.

Didn't they do a 'hotfix' for the FAMAS a while back? I can only hope they release another one of those for all the stuff they screwed up.
My spelling and grammar incorrect? It is most likely due to me sucking at spelling and grammar (I don't need to spell things to play Battlefield).

You can never know what DICE will do but this is pretty game breaking. They may do that.

Yea the did the same for the AUG and smoke. I think even with a hot fix this will not solve all the chopper issues. There is another glitch they need to fix too.

How can something like this go unnoticed? Do they litererally just punch in some numbers and immediately release the patch?

I wonder if the actual balance changes are decided on in a similar process, like scribbling a few ideas on a piece of paper during lunch break or the Friday night vodka shots.
