60*(Bullets to kill - 1)/RoF + distance/velocity

Shouldn't the second part of the equation be (Bullets to kill)(distance/velocity)?
Right now it's only taking into account the flight time of one bullet or am I missing something?

You only need to take into account the flight time of the last bullet, since your first bullet will likely have hit by the time your last is fired. (Not true at all ranges, check with one of the biggies to make sure)

The way I derived the formula was with this setup:
Assume it's the AEK @ 1m distance
t=time h=health 1/15sec/round

t=0 h=100 -gun is fired
t=1/580 h=75 -1st bullet impacts
t=2/580 + 1/15 h=50 -2nd bullet impacts, previous time + flight time and rechambering time.
t=3/580 + 2/15 h=25 -3rd bullet impacts, previous time + flight time and rechambering time.
t=4/580 + 3/15 h=0 -4th bullet impacts, previous time + flight time and rechambering time.

@ 80m


t=0 h=100
t=80(1/580 ) h=82
t=80(2/580) + 1/15 h=63
t=80(3/580) + 2/15 h=45
t=80(4/580) + 3/15 h=26.4
t=80(5/580) + 4/15 h=8
t=80(6/580) + 5/15 h=0

I'm getting 1.833s using my formula and .583s with the site's formula neither of which match the TTK chart's value of .471s. Also, the plotic formula which takes health into account gives me .545s.

60*(Bullets to kill - 1)/RoF + distance/velocity
gives 0.29047619


travel time = 0.238 seconds
cycle time = 15 RPS = 0.667 seconds between each round
rounds to kill = 5

Firing:
1 fired
0.0667 cycle - bullet flying has no impact on the next round
2 fired
0.0667 cycle - bullet flying has no impact on the next round
3 fired
0.0667 cycle - bullet flying has no impact on the next round
4 fired
0.0667 cycle - bullet flying has no impact on the next round
5 fired
0.0238 travel - last bullet in flight strikes the target

= 0.2906 (severely rounded)



I'd make the formula like this, though it accomplishes the exact same thing, just looks tidier to me :P
(((health / bullet damage) - 1) * (1 / (RPM / 60))) + (distance / velocity)
