The rounding on some values has been changed. For example, what was once 18.4 now may be 18.3997. Many numbers gained extra precision, such as the gravitational constant used by snipers. This will have no major impact on gameplay as most changes are on the order of .01 or lower but as it is a change it shall be noted.

I can't get the .zip to unzip and the dropbox files aren't done syncing, so I'm kind of limited as to what I can do. The root files for each weapon haven't been synced yet, so I don't have the recoil and spread changes, etc. All I have are bullets.
