Well, already a bug via databrowser (x-post BF Live):

Looks like the Howell didn't get the -0.03 TTK 2.0 minspread buff or the TTK 2.0 SIPS buff

Factory SLRs: Not Moving, Moving
RSC: 0.15, 1.05
[S1916: 0.15, 1.05
Gen. Liu: 0.15, 1.05

Factory "Bullpup" SLRs: Not Moving, Moving
Cei-Rigotti: 0.18, 0.82
M1907: 0.18, 0.82
AL8: 0.18, 0.82

The Howell follows the old pre-TTK 2.0 base spread for non-bullpup SLRs:
Howell: 0.18, 1.02

UPDATE: It also still has a SIPS of 0.2 not the TTK 2.0 value of 0.1

UPDATE 2: RandomDeviation replied and will fix.

That's disappointing. Will have to put it aside till they give it the ttk 2.0 treatment. What about its range, 1.0 or 2.0?

Howell damage stats are precisely the same as the F-H. Spread issues only. FYI the Howell gains -.12 total HRec in exchange for +.1 VRec. Good tradeoff IMO.

Any stats on the weapon damage of the AA rocket gun? trying to figure out if its worth using on aircraft-centric maps, or if i should stick to the general use rocket gun.

Any info on the AARG vs infantry? I found that the fastest way of getting the 10 kills for the Codex, but that said it's still wildly inconsistent vs fleshy targets. I think a direct impact is only 90, but I've also gotten lower (40-ish) with what may be a tiny splash zone, headshots don't seem to boost damage, and it also seems to have spread. I'm pretty confused.
