SLR related question: is there any source where I can find the optimal fire rate for each SLR (i.e. Tap rate that is just slow enough to allow for a spread reset)? Or alternatively, how would I calculate that based on Symthic stats? Thanks in advance!

If you looked at the General Info page, you'd have found that spread begins to decrease when the weapon is next ready to fire. Knowing that, you'd have worked out the formula for the highest RoF at min spread to be:
60/((60/RoF)+(SIPS/SDPS))
For 360RPM guns, that's 299RPM. For 299, that's 257. For 257, 225; 225, 200; 200, 167.
Am I wrong, or M1916 Marksman and Mondragon Sniper off-bipod have the same zero spread increase RPM?Pretty easy to find the optimum tap rate for 0 spread increase without doing math.
Is it Marksman/Optical/Factory? Use the next-largest 30Hz interval. For 360RPM guns, that's 299RPM. For 299, that's 257. For 257, 225; 225, 200; 200, 167.
You'll note something interesting: the fastest RoF without spread increase is always the max RoF of the next step down in the class.
If you're using Sniper off the bipod, Trench, or Sweeper, then drop down two stages. Model 8 .25 [sweeper] to 257 rather than 300; M1907 Sweeper to 225 rather than 257.
