I thought the Automatico Trench was the one up for 14.3% horiz recoil nerf in the notes not the Storm? Why wouldn't they nerf the Trench when that's the problem gun?

The 'Trench' was simply a typo. Storm presets are what were targeted. It's funny, the first version of the patch notes with the arrival of the CTE did the same thing. Looks like they didn't bother to update it since then.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho

Martini-Henry Infantry: Dmg_distances - from [0.0, 20.0, 30.0, 80.0, 140.0] to [0.0, 20.0, 42.0, 68.0, 80.0, 140.0]

Does this mean that the MH does 112 damage between 42 and 68 meters, and then back to 100 up to 80 meters? So its only a subset of the sweet spot that does the 112 damage i guess.

Basically. That zone is now the 'sweet, sweet spot™' for shots to the lower torso (gut) and upper arms. 112 × 0.9x = 100.8. Legs and forearms, 112 × 0.75 = 84. Clearly not enough to one hit kill a healthy target.

The same concept was applied to the Model 10-A Slug. Now up to 8m, shots to the upper arms, lower arms, lower torso, and legs inflict 112 × 0.96 = 107.52 damage easily enabling one hit kills. That drops to 100 at 11m. 100 chest shot damage to 11m? I'll take it, most definitely.

I notice however that spread dec has also been halved. I presume this means that if you're to fire at max rpm, spread won't stack so quickly, but if pacing shots, not at max rpm, recovery to base spread isn't changed.

Further more, I see that recoil decrease has also been nerfed from 6 to 4, presumably requiring a little more compensation of vertical recoil and horizontal recoil will now be a bit more noticeable?

It is already like that for weapons that have both Marksman / Optical and also Factory variants (Cei-Rigotti, Auto-8 .35, M1916).

In ADS paced shots (shoot-recover-shoot), no difference, due to despite halved Spread Decrease rate, Spread Increase Per Shot also halved, so they cancel each other out.

In ADS max-RPM rapid-fire, the Marksman / Optical is better due to SIPS buff.

In Hipfire, the Marksman / Optical is WORSE, due to same Hitrate as Factory but 2x longer SDec.

So now the 1906 "Factory" is now a "Marksman," with all of the pluses and minuses that implies, but the name is not changed. Honestly, that doesn't sit well with me. It is a "Marksman," so call it as such.

It should also get that "Vertical Foregrip" in the 3D model, plus less (for me, but more for others) importantly the "Marksman Scope." Unless it does... I haven't checked. Maybe I should.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho
