Behemoth spawn conditions

So, after looking through the data viewer for a couple hours, I couldn't seem to find what I was looking for. In terms of conquest in particular, when does the behemoth spawn, is it a simple equation of "If X team has X more points for X minutes/seconds, then trigger event to spawn behemoth"? Does it rely on flag possession as well? And where would I have looked within the data viewer to find this information?

I think it was BleedingUranium who suggested that it was a random event with a chance of happening, when one team is behind with 100 tickets. From my experience this comes rather close, but I do not think someone has a definite answer here on this.

Really doubt it is random. There are games where behemoth spawns very soon after round started because one team has all the flags and whatnot.

Now I don't know if I am on right track here but a glimpse to some SpawnPrefab files (e.g. ArmoredTrain) there seem to be mathematical operations with some TeamA/TeamB related stuff. This might not mean anything and I currently can't connect this directly to spawning of behemoth, but one could dig into it deeper.

I don't think that was me, but what I have heard repeatedly that it's as soon as there's a 150 ticket difference in score. That's not confirmed, but it seems consistent in the little I've observed it.

I think it's pseudorandom. The minimum condition for it to spawn in is a 100 ticket gap between teams, but if/when it actually comes in once that minimum condition is met doesn't seem consistent.

There are obviously other factors that spawn it in quickly, like huge ticket gaps and complete flag domination. But it seems to be unfixed otherwise.

Or possibly it appears randomize because the function includes both ticket difference AND match time?

I was under the impression it was announced when a 150 Ticket gap was present regardless of Flag possession or match time.

On a similar note, I found out that the Zeppelin (assuming the same applies to the Train and Dreadnought) has 100,000 HP. That's the equivalent of 100 Tanks.

And to think if just 3 Assaults focus fired on a single Tank that they could basically insta-kill it. If only players treated normal Tanks like they do the Behemoth; a super-threat. Tanks would not be much of a problem to dispatch.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho

I'll have to pay more attention. I really thought it was 100.

People DO treat the tanks as a big threat and gang up on them/gank squad. However a good A7 driver can counter kill for most rocket gun shots, and the combination of smoke+erep+support repair tool lets you tank a lot of damage.

Tanks that are driven by players who continuously advance to point blank, or who never withdraw go down almost without a fight and are trivial - good tanking in BF1 is all about pacing/positioning and good repair support now that you're range, anti infantry uptime and ability to kite are all gone.

Players on console are largely focused on infantry combat and generally couldn't care less about the threat that Tanks pose. But this discussion is neither here nor there concerning the topic, so we should end this here or transfer it to an appropriate thread.

I know this is off topic but why the need to differentiate console and pc dudes? You piss off a bunch of dudes in console, they'll come hunt your Tank down, you piss off a bunch of dudes in pc, they'll come hunt your Tank down.

I've had games where I've been able to go 50+/0 because the enemy would either waste their armour assets and not make a good attempt to take me down and overall had games where you have a rocket gun squad firing at you from 100m away the moment you step a bit forward.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho
