Howell TTK 2.0

People have claimed that the Howell has been fixed in the Easter Update, but it didn't specifically list it in the patch notes, and I don't trust anyone but Symthic. :)

Did TTK 2.0 attributes (base spread and SIPS) get applied to the Howell Factory and Sniper in this latest update? Thanks!

Yup, we received non-working and then disabled mid-round team balancer and partially working lighting update when you look outside from buiding.

Howell Automatic Factory

Spread Increase Per Shot: 0.2 > 0.16
Spread Decrease Per Second: 6.0 > 4.8
ADS Spread (Not Moving): 0.18 > 0.15
ADS Spread (Moving): 1.02 > 1.05

Howell Automatic Sniper

Spread Increase Per Shot: 0.2 > 0.1
ADS Spread (Not Moving): 0.12 > 0.1
ADS Spread (Moving): 1.02 > 1.05

This is not correct. SIPS should be 0.1 for Factory, decrease doesn’t change

I'm on the same page with you on 5 of those 7 stats. But unless I'm crazy, I'm expecting:

Except that the Howell Automatic Factory isn't a regular Factory variant due to its inclusion of the Bipod.

The difference between a Sniper and Marksman variant is that the Sniper variant comes with a Bipod, but it also comes with 60% higher SIPS and 20% lower SDPSec. So, if the Sniper variant gets such an impact to spread via unsupported fire, wouldn't it make sense for a Factory variant with a Bipod to have the same drawback? Otherwise, DICE could do something along the lines of the Selbstlader 1906 Factory (Optical variant without optical sights), essentially making it the Sniper variant without the sniper scope.

You're overthinking it, and working back from the final product which does not make sense.

It was a normal Factory, then someone suggested the Factory should get the Bipod just like the Sniper, and RandomDeviation liked the idea and included it. It's a Factory (plus a bipod), with bugged stats. Simple as that.

Except its TTK 1.0 spread values show that it has standard Factory modifiers.
