Specializations: Unbreakable and Cover

I want to know if the support specializations Unbreakable and Cover stack or multiply.

For reference:
-Unbreakable: Incoming suppression is reduced by 75% when your bipod is deployed
-Cover: Incoming suppression is reduced by 25%

Do these stack, as in 75% + 25% = 100% reduction of suppression?

Or do they multiply, as in .75 * .25 = .1875 (about an 81% reduction)?

Or does one trump another, as in only one can be active at a time?

Passive Spotting is the future!

With this, I'll rid MGO3 of infestation. Sans bad gameplay MGO3 will be torn asunder. And then it shall be free. People will suffer, of course - a phantom pain.

Reddit and Konami will rewrite the records... And I will be demonized in human memory. But... The thirst for good gameplay that I have planted will infest MGO3. No one can stop it now. The Rebalance Mod will unleash that thirst unto the future.

Great, now if I can just figure out what effect suppression *has* in BF1. If I had a nickle for every time I've been sniped by a fully surpressed sniper, I'd have enough for taco bell right now.
