If you play Support and want to use something aside from revolvers then I can't recommend the Steyr M1912 enough, it has the damage model of the P08 while also using the fire rate and draw time of the Mle M1903.

Unless you're specifically within 10m, landing three hits specifically to the chest, on a full health target, there really isn't much reason to use the M1911. But just like the Hellriegel, M1916, M1907 Sweeper, and BAR, all I see is the community praising it.

Don't get me wrong, it's a cool gun, it's the M1911 after all and I love it, but "best"? That's questionable.

The funny thing is I have always refused to use the M1911 just because it is the M1911.
Why would use a gun that is so common in games and IRL when I could use some strange beauty like the C96, Steyr, Borchard or Bulldog Revolver?
Only now, listening to the Symthic community did I find out my choice out of vanity is not entirely illogical.

i don't know why i don't use the 1911, like the automatico, i just can't seem to be able using it like everyone else does, it sucks balls in my hands, too much horizontal recoil, fukload of spread and unreliable damage, pretty much any other non-revolver handgu is better than the 1911 for me(as for revolvers, they are a whole different category of weapons) pretty much the same goes for the automatico, i don't understand how people can use it so effectively while i can't hit shit with it even though i understand how the weapon works, i probably need to record my own gameplay with said weapons to understand what am i doing wrong.

M1903 hammerless/Steyr Pocket/Beretta M1915/Frommer Stop - the most reliable ones. Good accuracy, low recoil, good muzzle velocity, fast TTK on most pistol ranges (10-30m), fast reload. Only under 11m has a high chance to lose to M1911/Bulldog/Lancaster/Auto Revolver due to 4BTK. But after 10m they just crush 'em and in general are very forgiving.

The "power horses" are cool, but you have to place every shot on target, otherwise you'll die fast.


But why I love Model 3 and Auto Revolver very much is "The Melee Combo-Wombo" - 1 shot for 53 damage and finish with Hatchet/Shovel/Sawtooth knife(55 damage), cool, humiliating and satisfying.

I don't like the single loading Revolvers. I like more drum reloading? As in being able to open the Revolver up and put six rounds in. The no 3 is decent, but needs a buff.

the Sebstalder is quiet good since it can 3hit kill at any distanc ,but In my opinion i actually thikn the sweeper is better, its got a really really fast firerate that can beat alll those Noobmaticos, Helregall adn shitguns in close quarters , and its also really accurate out to like l;ong range,. overall great allround gun, jsut my 2$ tho

The 1903 MLE needs a reload buff , I think.


The Mle is fine (and has a gorgeous animation), it's the others that reload too fast. Rather like how throwing grenades is too fast, hilariously so.
