Quick bump, the original post has been fully updated to the best of my ability, with all classes primary and secondary weapons. Of course I welcome suggestions to even better videos (or just anything at all for those missing videos), but otherwise it should be set until the next DLC drops. Enjoy!

Time is passing by so fast. This reminded me that the free map Giant's Shadow will be here soon.

Original Post updated with DLC1: They Shall Not Pass new weapons. Although the DLC has not dropped, thanks to CTE it seems like we're reasonably sure what is coming, so they are added.

I also updated some existing entries with new videos. Most importantly, C&Rsenal's Small Arms of WW1 Primer entry for the SMLE has FINALLY dropped, so that has been added. Though, I strongly suggest that you watch the previous entry on the Lee-Metford / "Long" Lee-Enfield as well, as that goes through the long and convoluted process that the British went through to get from the Martini-Henry to finally a "modern" (for that time period, anyways) infantry rifle that ended up being serviceable for 50+ years (and still serviceable in India right now, 110+ years later).

Particularly the "Lebel Bombshell" that made the narrator throw his hands up and go "F- the French!" made me go LOL. Yes, both episodes combined are over 3hrs. Yes, totally worth it.

A few updates:

P08 entry has Forgotten Weapon's "Development of the Luger Pistol" video added.

A couple of the RSC 1917s have shown up for sale at the latest Rock Island auction, so Forgotten Weapon did a video on them.

Finally and most worthy of an update, C&Rsenal has done their DEEP dive (40min+) on our "Repetierpistole."

Originally was not going to add it to the Original Post, but Forgotten Weapons got ahold of ORIGINAL Tankgewehr ammunition, and fired it at steel plates made to WW1 British Mk V tank standard. Plus C&Rsenal have already done their deep dive into it, so the combined coverage is too good to not share.

Please note: When C&Rsenal fired it, they only had newly manufactured Brass bullets, which weighed ~1/4 of the original round's specifications. Thus the differences in performance between the 2 videos' live firing segments. My advice is, watch the C&Rsenal clip for the close-ups and history, while watch the Forgotten Weapons clip for shooting performance. Don't let me stop you from watching everything, though!

C&Rsenal strikes again, with an episode on the "other" Trench Gun, based on the Remington Model 10-R (for Riot Grade). Original post updated.

It sounds like they are really close to finishing the "proper" Trench Gun episode, on the much-more-commonly-associated-as-such Winchester M1897, so much so that they couldn't really talk about the Remington without having the Winchester within reach. So you get to see both quite a lot here. To accompany that, I added a NSFW short video from Forgotten Weapons about the "German Protest." :D

Forgotten Weapons have just completed a series of videos, tracing the developmental history of the Winchester lever-action rifles, starting from the 1860 Henry Rifle, to our Model 1895 available in Battlefield 1. Check out the penultimate episode, linked below... but if you have the time also make sure to go back to the first video as well. Look for the video name "Winchester Lever Action Development" in the channel for the rest.
